8-Oct-25 - US SHIPPING RESTORED!!!
We are officially back up and shipping! All outstanding orders have been booked for shipping TODAY. As of this moment forward, ALL international shipping will be processed through Sendle. It is the most relaible option we have found to navigate the new US Tariff situation which is also affecting global shipping rates from Australia now (most Australian carriers upped their pricing on global shipping through the shipping halt to cover their losses and we unlikely to ever see those prices come down.)
Unfortunately International shipping rates will have to increase a little and this will happen gradually as we navigate these new waters and gauge what increases are necessary but, at this stage, Sendle looks to be around 20% better rates than our pre-tariff courier and it is a Duty Paid Service guarantee for us. Some peace of mind in this confusing situation.

1-Oct-25 - US Shipping is back... ***HOWEVER*** please bear with me as I learn the new system's ins and outs.
at this stage, the example given by the service we're now required to use appears as though it would ADD a further $85+ in fees and charges onto a $200ish order. Obviously this is untenable as a small business so, until I'm certain what the go is, please bear with me. I do believe we will have to increase shipping rates moving forward but that remains to be seen.

There are currently 3 international orders waiting to be shipped from us due to this tariff debacle so I'm hoping it will be a quick study with minor changes to our operations so I can just get back to work already.

9-Sep-25 - WE ARE STILL CURRENTLY UNABLE TO SHIP TO THE US! HOWEVER a solution is currently in the works with Australia post to go through a third party to get things rolling again. At this stage, it looks as though we may be able to resume shipping to the US by 25-Sep-25! We'll keep an eye on this and updates will be posted as we have them. Thank you for your patience, this has been no end of frustration for us as a small business as it has been to most Australian businesses who rely on our overseas customers to keep the lights on!
30-Aug-2025 - PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE STILL CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE TO SHIP TO THE US. I've found an updated article from Australia post giving a little more info as to why but there is still no information about a way forward at this time. At this point, the information provided only hints at increased shipping worldwide AND possible extra tariff/tax costs to be added to shipping rates. Please check back for updates as I will post as new information comes available.

Australia Post, Australia's premiere postal service, have made the decision not to deliver to USA due to tariff uncertainty for the forseeable future. Other international courier services are following suit. I will update with new information as soon as I have it.
